About Kenji Tanaka
Kenji Tanaka has spent six years testing Android emulation apps the hard way: on real phones, with real gamepads, measuring the things spec sheets never mention. Input latency, save reliability, battery drain during long sessions, and whether the advertised features survive contact with a budget device.
His bench rule is simple: if a claim cannot be reproduced on a phone in his hand, it does not go on the page. Every Delta Emulator build here passed his six-stage protocol (source trace, malware sweep, install trials, gameplay drill, permission audit, clearance) before its download button went live.
Before review work, Kenji repaired handheld consoles in Akihabara shops, which is where his obsession with save-state integrity comes from. He still owns the original hardware most of these emulators imitate, and he is merciless about input lag.

How Kenji Tanaka reviews APKs
Every APK listed here is installed and tested on real Android devices before it is published. Version numbers, file sizes, permissions, and compatibility are verified by hand; nothing is uploaded on the basis of a description alone. Read the full process on the emulator testing protocol page.
